CUSTOMER PROJECT ENGINEER (M/F)

Position and responsibilities

As part of the project team, where you will be trained in our technology, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Project management (coordination, monitoring, reporting, document management)
• Drafting customer needs analysis
• Equipment commissioning (installation, software configuration, functional testing, customer training, follow-up)
• Product improvement based on customer feedback
• Technical support for sales (pre-sales: feasibility studies, CDC analysis)
• Software support/ad hoc maintenance.

On a daily basis, you will be at the heart of the project and ensure close coordination between clients, developers, sales representatives, and production.

Salary: Depending on experience and profile + benefits: profit sharing, bonuses, and excellent health and life insurance.

Work location: Lyon (France).

Profile

You have an engineering degree or equivalent.

Your interpersonal skills, passion for technology, ease with IT, and commitment to a job well done are your strengths. Your interpersonal and communication skills and ability to synthesize information are

essential for communicating internally and with our partners. You have an SME culture, are independent, adaptable, enjoy working in a team with an international dimension, like to share your knowledge, engage in dialogue with other professions, and are fluent in English; German or Italian would be a plus. Frequent travel is to be expected in France and abroad (approximately one week per month).

You will be trained in our technologies, and knowledge in one or more of the following areas would be a plus: electricity, optics, electronics, IT and networks, and mechanics.
